Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kx33 website at kx33.io, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the kx33 platform — whether on a desktop browser or a mobile device — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the kx33 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the kx33 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To register and maintain an account on kx33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not currently under any self-exclusion order or cooling-off restriction — whether applied voluntarily through kx33 or through any other recognised responsible gaming mechanism.
• You have not previously had a kx33 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting as the sole owner of any funds deposited into your kx33 account and are not using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

kx33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending review. Any balance held in an account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, minus any winnings derived from underage play, which will be forfeited.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the kx33 platform at any time. Duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If kx33 discovers that a player has registered more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonus winnings forfeited without prior notice.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kx33 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kx33 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

kx33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

Deposits & Payments

kx33 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) through the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary depending on your account verification tier and the payment method selected.

All funds deposited into your kx33 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kx33 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and any deposit identified as having come from a third-party source may be returned and the account flagged for review.

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your kx33 account. kx33 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees according to their own terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been registered and verified in your name. kx33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used to make a deposit, or anonymous channels of any kind.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified account holders are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes to bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, kx33 is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for your deposit

kx33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In cases where an investigation is ongoing, funds may be held for up to 30 days while kx33 conducts its review.

kx33 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, if a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the minimum wagering requirement associated with an active bonus, that bonus and any derived winnings will be forfeited prior to processing the withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

kx33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus issued on kx33 carries a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of opt-in.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in your account dashboard when a bonus is active. kx33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Decisions made by kx33 regarding bonus eligibility and wagering disputes are final.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the kx33 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which are available within the game's information panel.

For sports betting and cricket markets, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed on the kx33 platform, the odds at the time of placement are locked and apply regardless of subsequent market movements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx33 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the kx33 platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond kx33's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content published on the platform, including odds, game information, or promotional terms.
• Losses resulting from gaming activity — all wagers are placed at your own risk and kx33 does not guarantee any return on any wager.

kx33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits kx33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with kx33 support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through non-binding mediation before pursuing any other formal legal remedy. kx33 does not waive any rights or defences by agreeing to this dispute resolution process.
